Wire Sawing
Sonicon owns a fleet of Diamond Wire Saw machines capable of cutting concrete with virtually no limitations to the thickness of the structure. It is highly effective even against heavy reinforcements of 52mm diameter rebar and concrete with high compression strength of G80.
Our innovative technique: Sonicon Inverted Wire Cut allows even to cut thick Ground Slab or structures with only 1 side of working access. This has opened avenues of completing challenging jobs even more efficiently.
Diamond Wire Saw produce low noise ( < 90 dB ) with no vibration, makes it environmentally compliant to many working conditions. Jobs have been undertaken in commercial building during day time without disturbing businesses.
